About Arooj Shahid

Arooj Shahid is a self-taught watercolor and acrylic artist and art educator based in Lahore, Pakistan. Her practice moves across botanical watercolor, spontaneous abstract acrylic work, climate and conservation narratives ,alongside an ongoing interest in pet portraits. She holds a Bachelor of Design (Hons.) in Jewelry Design and runs Flow Canvas Studio, where she teaches watercolor and mixed media to students of all ages. Her work bridges Pakistani and global audiences, moving fluidly between precision and spontaneity across mediums.
